I’m thrilled that my short story “Disillusionment on the Eve of Revolt/Birth” placed second in Lilith Magazine‘s fiction contest and was published in the summer issue. You can read the story online or in print.
A champion of Jewish feminist work, I knew that Lilith would be the best home for this piece. I wanted to create something raw and unfiltered for my community. I consider it fiction, but it’s inspired a difficult period in my life. I am so grateful that it found a home.
